After arriving in Malta , visit both the current capital city, Valletta, and the old capital, Mdina . Lunch in any of Malta 's fine restaurants that serve traditional Maltese cuisine. After lunch, take a luzzu, a traditional Maltese fishing boat, from the fishing village of Wied iz-Zurrieg out to the caves and inlets of the Blue Grotto. The nearby rock faces also make good climbing and rappelling for the brave. In the evening, take a relaxing walk along the promenades by the sea along the Grand Harbor.
