Today, take the ultimate sightseeing tour of the Maltese islands: on a helicopter! Many of Malta 's historical sites take on a different countenance when viewed from the top, and natural land formations such as the Blue Grotto look simply breathtaking. After having had a fill of the scenic airborne view, go for a trek in the countryside, or try an intense game of tennis or squash. Alternatively, head to the sea for more of the Mediterranean. To close the day, head to Malta 's nightlife capital, Paceville.
