Make the most of the second to the last day; see Malta 's countryside for one last time, this time as part of a jeep safari. This is a great activity that allows for a great deal of socializing with fellow travelers. Alternatively, take out a hired car and drive yourself around Malta or Gozo. On this scenic tour, stop by any rural village for a meal or snack at a rustic bar. After the drive or safari, spend the rest of the day visiting the many local museums and historical exhibits. At the end of the day, take a yacht for a lazy drift around the coast over a dinner of seafood.
